zinface 6e61c0bd2b windeployqt: 处理 QSci 构建为动态库时的关联性问题 
当 QSci 需要构建为动态库时，就已经开始导致了关联性错误，这个与原始分支上的预期的方案不符
1. 需要处理运行时生成位置，将运行时与 Notepad-- 保持在一个目录下
2. 处理此动态库的依赖问题，将依赖进行导出，由于 windeployqt 未解析出 Notepad-- 间接的动态库依赖
     需要以 QSci 为主体进行部署生成缺失的部分
3. 在安装时，依然需要将动态库生成部署生成，这是一个非常让构建者烦恼的问题
