Sam Harwell	3f1f76df7d	Move reportAmbiguity, reportContextSensitivity, reportAttemptingFullContext, reportInsufficientPredicates from ANTLRErrorStrategy to ANTLRErrorListener. ... Add BaseErrorListener to allow implementing ANTLRErrorListener without implementing every method (e.g. ConsoleErrorListener).
