Major refactoring of django.core.management -- it's now a package rather than a 1730-line single module. All django-admin/manage.py commands are now stored in separate modules. Major refactoring of django.core.management -- it's now a package rather than a 1730-line single module. All django-admin/manage.py commands are now stored in separate modules.
