Moved version code out of __init__.py. Moved everything except VERSION and a get_version() stub out of the top-level __init__.py, so that we're not importing all that stuff all the time. And because it's cleaner. 2012-04-30 02:44:32 +08:00			`def get_version(args, *kwargs):`
