Made get_indexes() consistent across backends.

Fixed #15933 , #18082 -- the get_indexes() method introspection was
done inconsitently depending on the backend. For example SQLite
included all the columns in the table in the returned dictionary,
while MySQL introspected also multicolumn indexes.
All backends return now consistenly only single-column indexes.
Thanks to andi for the MySQL report, and ikelly for comments on
Oracle's get_indexes() changes.

Prevent Oracle from changing field.null to True
...
Fixed #17957 -- when using Oracle and character fields, the fields
were set null = True to ease the handling of empty strings. This
caused problems when using multiple databases from different vendors,
or when the character field happened to be also a primary key.
The handling was changed so that NOT NULL is not emitted on Oracle
even if field.null = False, and field.null is not touched otherwise.

Simplified QuerySet field.null handling
...
QuerySet had previously some complex logic for dealing with nullable
fields in negated add_filter() calls. It seems the logic is leftover
from a time where the WhereNode wasn't as intelligent in handling
field__in=[] conditions.

Made table_names() output sorted.

Fixed #18218 -- previously Django's introspection table_names() and
get_table_list() methods did not sort the output consistently. This
resulted in random order of inspected models.
This commit also removed all external usages of get_table_list().
table_names() should be used instead.

Moved it to an auxiliary method in the SQLite3 backend cursor class.
Did this to reduce the chances of us forgetting to port changes in DB
connection setup process from the former to the latter one like it
happened e.g. in r17205.

Fixed #17263 -- Added a warning when a naive datetime reaches the database layer while time zone support is enabled.

After this commit, timezones.AdminTests will raise warnings because the sessions contrib app hasn't been upgraded to support time zones yet.

Django used the value 1 = ISOLATION_LEVEL_READ_UNCOMMITTED in some places, but
PostgreSQL doesn't provide "read uncommited", it uses "read committed" instead:
http://www.postgresql.org/docs/9.1/static/transaction-iso.html . For clarity,
this commit uses ISOLATION_LEVEL_READ_COMMITTED = 2 where 1 was previously used.

No tests have been added, since unittests for termination are basically

Cleanups to related manager code, especially in use of closures.
...
The related manager classes are defined within functions, and the methods
had inconsistent and confusing usage of closures vs. parameters on self to
retrieve needed information. Everything is stored on self now.
Also some methods were not using super() where they should have been.

Make ManyToManyField model references more robust.

In r16679 a test was added to verify something had been fixed when a
unicode string type was passed in as a model name. The name has to be
ASCII convertible, but in Python 2.6 and earlier, it must also have str
type.
This commit fixes the problem for earlier Python versions and is almost
identical to a patch from b.leskes in #6045 .

Added convenience method for viewing Query SQL without params.

This is the old Query.as_sql() method revived: it's like Query.__str__,
but the parameters aren't substituted into the placeholders. Thus, it's
a more accurate representation of the SQL the (default) backend will
see. Entirely internal.

Improved error message display during validation errors.

When reporting a validation error (during model validation or fixture
loading, for example), the error messages now report the bad value as
well as the expected type. This can make identifying the offending field
and problem a bit easier.

Implemented this by adding an internal hook for work that should be performed
before that point.
Also, regarding the `DatabaseCreation.set_autocommit()` method:
* Stop using it for such tasks
* Stop providing an implementation that tries to cover all the possible
idioms a third party database backend DB-API 2 driver could need to activate
autocommit. It is now left for third party backends to implement.
This can be backwards incompatible in the case of user applications that:
* Had started using this method
* Use a third a party database backend

Changed our internal representation of the PostgreSQL version from tuples to
integers as used by libpq and psycopg2. This simplifies version comparison
operations.
Also, using the associated libpq/psycopg2 API allows to remove the need for
manually issuing in-band ``SELECT version()`` SQL queries to obtain the server
version (or at least reduce its number if version of psycopg2 in use is older
than 2.0.12). Refs #10509 .

Fixed #14733 : no longer "validate" .raw() queries.

Turns out that a lot more than just SELECT can return data, and this list is
very hard to define up front in a cross-database manner. So let's just assume
that anyone using raw() is at least halfway competant and can deal with
the error messages if they don't use a data-returning query.

Changeset r15232 refactored transactions so that all transaction state is maintained on the connection. This changeset continues that work, moving all transaction control to the connection, too. The transaction control functions in django.db.transaction are left as a generic way to easily apply a transaction control function based on a DB alias. Refs #9964 .

Fixed #14951 -- Made the unique_for_{date,month,year} model field constraints to not fail when the related DateField is empty.

Existing modelforms tests were extended to cover this case and an equivalent set of tests was added for the model functionality.

Fixed #11675 -- Added support for the PyLibMC cache library. In order to support this, and clean up some other 1.3 caching additions, this patch also includes some changes to the way caches are defined. This means you can now have multiple caches, in the same way you have multiple databases. A huge thanks to Jacob Burch for the work on the PyLibMC backend, and to Jannis for his work on the cache definition changes.

In Oracle, the name of a DB as handled by Django hasn't a counterpart anyway. So use the 'production DB name' as it was done before.
