I don't agree with flake8 here about the right indentation, but as long as
we're using it, we should stick to it. I don't want to disable its hanging
indent checks just because of this case.

Documented QuerySet.datetimes and updated QuerySet.dates.
* Renamed smart_unicode to smart_text (but kept the old name under
Python 2 for backwards compatibility).
* Renamed smart_str to smart_bytes.
* Re-introduced smart_str as an alias for smart_text under Python 3
and smart_bytes under Python 2 (which is backwards compatible).
Thus smart_str always returns a str objects.
* Used the new smart_str in a few places where both Python 2 and 3
want a str.
Introduced a distinct implementation depending on the type of the
date field (DateField or DateTimeField), and applied appropriate
conversions is the latter case, when time zone support is enabled.
This is a BACKWARDS-INCOMPATIBLE CHANGE for anyone depending on the API for get_object() that was introduced (but not documented) in r14254.
