Fixed a bug introduced in [6891]: the "safe" YAML serializer can't handle time types out of the box. I've worked around the bug by coercing times to strings,

which is far from perfect. However, it's better than a Python-specific "!!python/time" type which would break interoperability (which was the goal of switching to the safe mode in the first place).

Also changed it so that the button only shows up after clicking 'Switch to copy-and-paste view', so people know what they're getting into. inadvertent double-escaping. This still isn't perfect behaviour (since it's
unaware of the current context's auto-escaping setting), but that's a larger
problem that needs fixing and this change at least makes the existing
