Fixed #14733 : no longer "validate" .raw() queries.

Turns out that a lot more than just SELECT can return data, and this list is
very hard to define up front in a cross-database manner. So let's just assume
that anyone using raw() is at least halfway competant and can deal with
the error messages if they don't use a data-returning query.

Prevented non-admin users from accessing the admin redirect shortcut.

If the admin shortcut view (e.g. /admin/r/<content-type>/<pk>/) is
publically-accessible, and if a public users can guess a content-type ID
(which isn't hard given that they're sequential), then the redirect view could
possibly leak data by redirecting to pages a user shouldn't "know about." So
the redirect view needs the same protection as the rest of the admin site.

This is BACKWARDS INCOMPATIBLE for anyone relying on the default context object names for class-based Detail and List views. To migrate, either update your templates to use the new default names, or add a context_object_name argument to your generic views.

Changeset r15232 refactored transactions so that all transaction state is maintained on the connection. This changeset continues that work, moving all transaction control to the connection, too. The transaction control functions in django.db.transaction are left as a generic way to easily apply a transaction control function based on a DB alias. Refs #9964 .

Fixed #5494 , #10765 , #14924 -- Modified the order in which translations are read when composing the final translation to offer at runtime.

This is slightly backward-incompatible (could result in changed final translations for literals appearing multiple times in different .po files but with different translations).
Translations are now read in the following order (from lower to higher priority):
For the 'django' gettext domain:
* Django translations
* INSTALLED_APPS apps translations (with the ones listed first having higher priority)
* settings/project path translations (deprecated, see below)
* LOCALE_PATHS translations (with the ones listed first having higher priority)
For the 'djangojs' gettext domain:
* Python modules whose names are passed to the javascript_catalog view
* LOCALE_PATHS translations (with the ones listed first having higher priority, previously they weren't included)
Also, automatic loading of translations from the 'locale' subdir of the settings/project path is now deprecated.

Fixed #11675 -- Added support for the PyLibMC cache library. In order to support this, and clean up some other 1.3 caching additions, this patch also includes some changes to the way caches are defined. This means you can now have multiple caches, in the same way you have multiple databases. In Oracle, the name of a DB as handled by Django hasn't a counterpart anyway. So use the 'production DB name' as it was done before.

GeoDjango test suite housekeeping. Moved data into fixtures for `relatedapp` and `distapp` tests, and made both use Django's `TestCase`; moved functionality out of `GeoDjangoTestSuiteRunner` to allow future re-use in `runtests.py` (refs #10420 ); compressed test app fixtures and cleaned up imports.

Fixed #11161 -- Added plural forms to all supported languages. Fixed other errors in the translation files that prevented them to pass the msgfmt check in preparation for the move to Transifex. Refs #14735 , too.

Fixed #8342 -- Removed code from the admin that assumed that you can't login with an email address (nixed by r12634). Also refactored login code slightly to be DRY by using more of auth app's forms and views.
