Fixed #19733 - deprecated ModelForms without 'fields' or 'exclude', and added '__all__' shortcut
...
This also updates all dependent functionality, including modelform_factory
and modelformset_factory, and the generic views `ModelFormMixin`,
`CreateView` and `UpdateView` which gain a new `fields` attribute.

Internal refactoring; moving LOOKUP_SEP up one level.

In an ideal world, nothing except django.db.models.query should have to
import stuff from django.models.sql.*. A few things were needing to get
hold of sql.constants.LOOKUP_SEP, so this commit moves it up to
django.db.models.constants.LOOKUP_SEP.
There are still a couple of places (admin) poking into sql.* to get
QUERY_TERMS, which is unfortunate, but a slightly different issue and
harder to adjust.

* Renamed smart_unicode to smart_text (but kept the old name under
Python 2 for backwards compatibility).
* Renamed smart_str to smart_bytes.
* Re-introduced smart_str as an alias for smart_text under Python 3
and smart_bytes under Python 2 (which is backwards compatible).
Thus smart_str always returns a str objects.
* Used the new smart_str in a few places where both Python 2 and 3
want a str.

Fixed #7539 , #13067 -- Added on_delete argument to ForeignKey to control cascade behavior. Also refactored deletion for efficiency and code clarity. Fixed #12746 -- Updated sorting calls to use 'key' instead of 'cmp'. This will be slightly faster in certain circumstances, but more importantly, is a required step for migration to Python 3. Thanks to Martin van Loewis for the patch.

Fixed #13068 , #9264 , #9983 , #9784 - regression with pre-populated fields and javascript inlines, and related bugs.

Thanks to hejsan for the report, and to Sean Brant and Carl Meyer for the patch.
#13068 is a regression caused by the new javascript inline forms in the
admin. The others were existing javascript bugs with prepopulated fields.
Since the solution depends on jQuery and would likely be very hard to
backport without it, it will not be backported to 1.1.X.
