Should be unneeded with Python 2.7 and up.
Added some unicode_literals along the way.

Fixed #14675 -- Completed removal of `from django.conf.urls.default import *` usage.

This applies to both our own [test] code and documentation examples. Also:
* Moved the functions and handlers from `django.conf.urls.defaults` up to
`django.conf.urls` deprecating the former module.
* Added documentation for `handler403`.
* Tweaked the URLs topic document a bit.
Thanks to pupeno and cdestigter for their great work contributing patches.

Fixed #15707 -- Made the GIS feed compatible to the class based feeds and introduced a little helper view that works like the previous feed view in the syndication app which was removed in r15976.

Fixed KML sitemaps, and added support for generating KMZ and GeoRSS sitemaps; sitemaps now support Google's Geo Sitemap format.

Fixed #6547 , added support for GeoRSS feeds in `django.contrib.gis.feeds`; added the `feed_extra_kwargs` and `item_extra_kwargs` to the `Feed` baseclass so that it's possible for subclasses to add dynamic attributes.
