Tim Graham 8656cfc4e0 Removed forms.models.save_instance() function. 
As of b11564fd36 it's no longer
used elsewhere in Django and it isn't a documented public API.

Sergei Maertens 238e2ac369 Fixed #18166 -- Added form_kwargs support to formsets. 
By specifying form_kwargs when instantiating the formset, or overriding
the `get_form_kwargs` method on a formset class, you can pass extra
keyword arguments to the underlying `Form` instances.

Includes tests and documentation update.

Anssi Kääriäinen 8f30556329 Renamed Field.rel attribute to remote_field 
Field.rel is now deprecated. Rel objects have now also remote_field
attribute. This means that self == self.remote_field.remote_field.

In addition, made the Rel objects a bit more like Field objects. Still,
marked ManyToManyFields as null=True.
