This problem only occured when pytz is installed. It's still strongly recommended to define the correct time zone in TIME_ZONE in order to use pytz' implementation and not the approximation based on system time.

Fixed several problems that hid one another in the cache tests and code.
...
1 - Used django.test.TestCase instead of unittest.TestCase so that the override_settings decorator works.
2 - Reverted parts of r17039 that caused failures (masked until 1).
3 - Isolated tests by clearing the cache in tear down (masked until 1). Refs #11505 .
4 - Fixed a bug in cache key generation (revealed by 3).
5 - Fixed a test that relied on this bug -- hardcoding the generated cache keys in tests isn't a very good idea anyway.
6 - Uniformized some parts of the cache tests.

Properly implement PEP 302 in the module_loading module. For unknown reasons this doesn't actually raise an error under CPython, but PyPy does, and the currently implementation is clearly in violation of the PEP, which states that finder.find_module's second argument is either None or package.__path__ and imp.find_module whose second argument should be either None or a list of paths.

Fixed #14614 - filtering of sensitive information in 500 error reports.

This adds a flexible mechanism for filtering what request/traceback
information is shown in 500 error emails and logs. It also applies
screening to some views known to be sensitive e.g. views that handle
passwords.

The root bug was in decorator_from_middleware, and the fix also corrects
