Russell Keith-Magee e0dcd7666a Fixed -- Added TemplateResponse, a lazy-evaluated Response class. Thanks to Simon Willison for the original idea, and to Mikhail Korobov and Ivan Sagalaev for their assistance, including the draft patch from Mikhail.
