Copy README.md/amalgamate_demo.cpp only if output dir isn't the same as ${SCRIPTPATH} (#1113) 

+ use test's `-ef` file operator to check if ${SCRIPTPATH} and ${AMALGAMATE_OUTPUT_PATH} are not the same
