* Minor change to benchmark cmake
* Moved ParsedJson and its Iterator to separate .cpp files
* Uncommented functions, that has nothing to do with this pr
* Removed really_inline comments
* Reinstated some inline functions to restore previous performance
* Re-merged iterator in ParsedJson
* Uncommented some WARN_UNUSED
