Daniel Hahler a0ff5deabf pdb: trigger pytest_enter_pdb hook with post-mortem 
This is required for pytest-pdb to be called with `--pdb`.

TODO:

- [ ] test
- [ ] pass mode to hook, e.g. "post_mortem" in this case?
