Bruno Oliveira dc20dedbc7 Change RemovedInPytest4Warnings to errors by default 
To keep existing tests which emit RemovedInPytest4Warnings running, decided
to go with a command line option because:

* Is harder to integrate an ini option with tests which already use an ini file
* It also marks tests which need to be removed/updated in 4.1, when
  RemovedInPytest4Warning and related functionality are removed.

Fix #3737

Floris Bruynooghe 37bd1e03cb Show user assertion messages and instrospection together 
User provided messages, or any valid expression given as second
argument to the assert statement, are now shown in addition to the
py.test introspection details.  Formerly any user provided message
would entirely replace the introspection details.

Fixes issue549.

Jurko Gospodnetić 9fb2079458 replace py.test module references with pytest 
The only remaining 'py.test' references are:
 * those referring to the 'py.test' executable
 * those in code explicitly testing py.test/pytest module compatibility
 * those in old CHANGES documentation
 * those in documentation generated based on external data
 * those in seemingly unfinished & unmaintained Japanese documentation

Minor stylistic changes and typo corrections made to documentation next to
several applied py.test --> pytest content changes.

Floris Bruynooghe f31dc7a8b7 Attempt to improve detailed failure reporting 
* If --verbose is used do not truncate.

* Add a special dict comparison instead of diffing
  pprint output.

holger krekel bb07ba7807 rename a number of internal and externally visible variables to use the fixture name 
rather than funcargs.  Introduce .funcargnames compatibility attribute for backward compat.
