Merge pull request #107 from guardicore/develop

Finish the current small sprint.
New additions
* New icons
* Encrypted creds in the DB
* Option to pull logs from the monkey
* Rename C&C to Monkey Island 
* Get rid of chaos monkey (at last!)
* Async scanning of victims
