Mariusz Felisiak 0b63124c84
Improved ExplainTests.test_basic(). 
QuerySet.select_for_update() is not supported by all databases.
Moreover it cannot be used outside of a transaction.

Removed redundant QuerySet.all() calls in docs and tests. 
Most QuerySet methods are mapped onto the Manager and, in general,
it isn't necessary to call .all() on the manager.
