Refactored "Prevented unneeded index creation on MySQL-InnoDB" (2ceb10f)
to avoid setting db_index=False.

Loïc Bistuer 2eb7cb2fff Fixed #26643 -- Prevented unnecessary AlterModelManagers operations caused by the manager inheritance refactor.
