Don't show `self` in the list of arguments of a method.

This is consistent with Python's official documentation
and it's a sphinx recommendation too[1].

Fixed #12571 -- Attached originating WSGIRequest to test client responses.

Originating WSGIRequests are now attached to the ``wsgi_request`` attribute of
the ``HttpResponse`` returned by the testing client.
