Reverted "Fixed -- Doc'd testing code coverage in parallel and used it." 
This reverts commit 69352d85fa.

Test coverage for async methods was no longer calculated with this

To run the test suite, first, create and activate a virtual environment. Then
install some requirements and run the tests::

    $ cd tests
    $ python -m pip install -e ..
    $ python -m pip install -r requirements/py3.txt
    $ ./runtests.py
