Amend changelog note for removal of attrs (#10888) 

As discussed in https://github.com/pytest-dev/pytest/pull/10669#issuecomment-1501497729, we should
make the reasoning behind this change more clear, as well as thank the attrs maintainers for the
many years of cooperation and support.
