Bruno Oliveira de8fdab7a9 Change report-coverage.sh in attempt to fix Azure 
Recently sometimes Azure has failed with:

++ curl -s https://codecov.io/bash
bash: /dev/fd/63: No such file or directory

This attempts to fix this by modifying report-coverage.sh slightly.

Bruno Oliveira 249b53e623 Show banner/full page for the Ditigal Climate Strike 
As discussed in the mailing list, pytest will join the
digital strike for the climate on Sep 20th. This will show
a closable banner on the docs until the date, and when the date
comes the banner will become a (closable) full page.

I will also pin an issue saying that the developers won't be
available on Sep 20th.

Using Path().resolve() is better than py.path.realpath because
it resolves to the correct path/drive in case-insensitive file systems (#5792):
