holger krekel	85d35f7418	introduce an experimental approach for allowing dynamic addition of hooks from plugin. Plugins may register new hooks by implementing the new pytest_registerhooks(pluginmanager) and call pluginmanager.registerhooks(module) with the referenced 'module' object containing the hooks.
