holger krekel 7f49e0fddc xfail a test on pypy that checks wrong encoding/ascii (pypy does 
not error out). fixes issue385.

also re-enable pypy tests in tox.

Floris Bruynooghe 1aca6c9d7c Fix extension of of cached re-written file 
With PYTHONOPTIMIZE set this had the extension of "o" instead of ".pyo".
Fixes issue #168.
