Update Freezing pytest description in simple.rst

I have trouble using third party plugins in my frozen program and discovered
that other people have experienced it as well:
https://mail.python.org/pipermail//pytest-dev/2015-June/003015.html
The problem is that the mechanism for plugin discovery used by pytest
(setupttools entry points) doesn't work with frozen executables so pytest
can't find any plugins. The solution seems to be to import the third party
plugins explicitly as shown here:
https://mail.python.org/pipermail//pytest-dev/2015-June/003018.html
This is not mentioned anywhere in the documentaion.

Using pyinstaller instead and rename environment to "freeze" which
is a more generic term for freezing python code into standalone
executables.

As per their email ‘Changes to project subdomains’:
> Starting today, Read the Docs will start hosting projects from subdomains on the domain readthedocs.io, instead of on readthedocs.org. This change addresses some security concerns around site cookies while hosting user generated data on the same domain as our dashboard.
Test Plan: Manually visited all the links I’ve modified. One was not modified - `http://media.readthedocs.org/epub/pytest/latest/pytest.epub ` - since it doesn't work on `readthedocs.io`.

Show user assertion messages and instrospection together
...
User provided messages, or any valid expression given as second
argument to the assert statement, are now shown in addition to the
py.test introspection details. Formerly any user provided message
would entirely replace the introspection details.
Fixes issue549.

replace py.test module references with pytest

The only remaining 'py.test' references are:
* those referring to the 'py.test' executable
* those in code explicitly testing py.test/pytest module compatibility
* those in old CHANGES documentation
* those in documentation generated based on external data
* those in seemingly unfinished & unmaintained Japanese documentation
Minor stylistic changes and typo corrections made to documentation next to
several applied py.test --> pytest content changes.

fix issue357 - special case "-k" expressions to allow for
...
filtering with simple strings that are not valid python expressions.
Examples: "-k 1.3" matches all tests parametrized with 1.3.
"-k None" filters all tests that have "None" in their name
and conversely "-k 'not None'".
Previously these examples would raise syntax errors.
Also add a note to the docs about what is allowed.
