覆盖老乡鸡当前1218家餐厅共计 226个SKU、873种原料以及305家供应商，将677页共20万字，包含202个供应商明细，484个三卡追溯档案（餐厅菜品追溯卡188个，央厨食材追溯卡136个，外采原料追溯卡160个）的《老乡鸡菜品溯源报告》向社会全面原文公开。
