chore: 修复任务调度代码中部分函数、变量命名不规范问题
变量readTasks应该为readyTasks;函数OsSchedTaskSwicth应该为OsSchedTaskSwitch;其他拼写错误。 close #I4GFJ7 Signed-off-by: kenneth <zhushangyuan@huawei.com>
