Aymeric Augustin d4a0b27838 [py3] Refactored __unicode__ to __str__. 
* Renamed the __unicode__ methods
* Applied the python_2_unicode_compatible decorator
* Removed the StrAndUnicode mix-in that is superseded by
  python_2_unicode_compatible
* Kept the __unicode__ methods in classes that specifically
  test it under Python 2

Malcolm Tredinnick 604c5bc52a Fixed the tests from #10455 so that they are set up correctly. 
The previous versions only worked on SQLite. They failed
catastrophically on MySQL & PostgreSQL.

Malcolm Tredinnick b4dd4d4bb7 Fixed #3163 -- Add a "Meta.managed" option to models. 
This allows a model to be defined which is not subject to database table
creation and removal. Useful for models that sit over existing tables or
database views.

Thanks to Alexander Myodov, Wolfgang Kriesing and Ryan Kelly for the bulk of
this patch.
