Kevin Christopher Henry 9d700322b3 Fixed #19885 -- cleaned up the django.test namespace 
* override_settings may now be imported from django.test
* removed Approximate from django.test
* updated documentation for things importable from django.test

Russell Keith-Magee 4d4d68a2cd Fixed #14225 -- Added a documentation marker (and a 1.2.2 release notes file, required to satisfy Sphinx) for the enable_csrf_checks flag on the test client. Thanks to public@grep.ro for the report.
