Malcolm Tredinnick 5570b0766d Fixed #9778 -- Added some special casing of the "Join on field 'abc'" error 
message. It now gives an extra hint if there's a chance you just made a typo in
the lookup type.

test_client Added a 'permanent' argument the simple.redirect_to() generic view. It's True by default, to match existing behavior. If set to False, the redirect will be a 302 instead of a 301.
